What this website is
This site describes La Villa Foresta, a private vacation rental in the Coaticook area of Québec, and points you to where you can book it. La Villa Foresta is a registered tourist accommodation establishment in Québec: CITQ registration no. 306880. The site is information, not an offer. Browsing it or following a link to a booking platform does not create a reservation or a contract.
Bookings
A stay is reserved only when a booking is confirmed through Airbnb, the only booking channel for now. Your reservation is then governed by the terms you accept at that point: Airbnb’s terms, and the house rules, payment schedule and cancellation policy shown on the listing. If other channels or direct booking are added later, the terms shown at their checkout will apply in the same way. If anything on this website differs from what is shown at checkout, the checkout terms apply.
Availability and prices
This website does not show a calendar or prices of its own for now. Availability and prices are the ones shown on the booking platform at the time you book. A date is not held for you until a booking is confirmed, and the price you are asked to accept at checkout is the one that counts.
The house, and how it is described
We describe the house, its rooms and its equipment as accurately as we can, with our own photographs. Furnishings, equipment and the grounds change with time and season, so details may differ from what you see here. The house rules are the ones shown on the listing. The exact address is shared with confirmed guests only.
Local guides
Our guides to the area are general information, written in good faith. Opening hours, event dates, road and border conditions, trail rules and drive times change, and we do not control the businesses and places we mention. Check official sources before you rely on any of it, and use your own judgment on trails, water, snow and roads. Crossing into the United States is an international border crossing with its own rules. A mention or a link is not an endorsement or a partnership.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and photographs on this site belong to the hosts or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without written permission. Linking to the site and quoting it briefly with credit are welcome. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Lodgify are trademarks of their owners. This site is independent of them and is not endorsed by them.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site in ways that burden it, send it automated requests, attempt to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To that same extent, the hosts are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection law that cannot be limited, or the terms that apply to a confirmed booking.
Governing law, language and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. They are provided in English and in French, and the French version is available in accordance with the Charter of the French Language. We may update them from time to time, and the current version applies from the date shown above.
