That line is from the listing, and it is the whole idea. There is local Québec art on the walls, a pair of snowshoes on the den wall, and a plush moose who keeps an eye on the board games.

This is a place for doing things. Ride the beach cruisers to the lake. Pack the picnic backpack. Take the walking sticks out for the afternoon. Then come back to fondue, a fire and a bowl of popcorn in front of a film.

Dogs are very welcome

Not tolerated: welcome. Yours gets their own treats and their own bed, and there is a meadow to sniff around. It is a first for this house and we are a little proud of it. Anything else about bringing a pet is on the Airbnb listing.
